Exchange/ Refund Policy

Defective item(s):

In the event that you discover a defect(s) in your item(s), please do not hesitate to drop us an email within 10 days from the date of dispatch

In your email, we kindly ask that you include: 

  • your order number; and
  • photo(s) of the defect(s). 
As soon as we have received your email, we will review the defect(s) and get back to you as quickly as possible regarding the possibility of an exchange/refund. 

Exchange
Should you be eligible for an exchange, you will be given the options to exchange for:
  • the same item (colour and size); or
  • another item that is of equal value; or
  • another item that is of greater value than the defective item.
Should the item of your choice be that of a greater value, we will require you to pay the difference. 
We will require you to send the defective item(s) to us by post, so that we may send you the item(s) you have exchanged for.
 
Refund
We will only issue a refund in the event that you have chosen to exchange for the same item, and that the item happens to be out of stock. We will require you to return the item to us by post. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

 

Wrongly received item(s):

Unless the item that is delivered to you is different to that of what is shown on the invoice, or is categorised as a defective item, we regret that we will not provide any exchange or refund services. We strongly recommend that you refer to the sizing chart provided in the individual product page when choosing your size, as well as to check that you have carted the correct colour and design of choice as you check out your item(s).

In the event that you discover that the item(s) delivered to you is/are wrong, please do not hesitate to drop us an email within 10 days from the date of dispatch.

In your email, we kindly ask that you include: 

  • your order number; and
  • photo(s) of the wrong item(s). 

As soon as we have received your email, we will review your order and inform you of the returning details. 

Please ensure that the returned items are returned to us in the same condition that was delivered to you - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
